Your free trial

Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial, no card required. You’ll see a countdown on the Billing tab.

Changing or cancelling your plan

1

Go to Settings → Billing & invoices

2

Click Change plan (or View plans, if you're still trialing)

Pick monthly or annual and a tier.
3

Finish in Stripe

If you already have an active subscription, this opens Stripe’s billing portal to complete the change. If you’re still trialing with no card on file, it takes you straight to Stripe Checkout instead.
To cancel, use Cancel subscription on the same page — you’ll finish the cancellation in Stripe, and your workspace stays fully active until the end of your current billing period.
Use Billing portal → Manage in Stripe any time to update your card, see invoices, or check payment history.

What happens if your trial ends (or a payment fails)

This is the sequence to know, since it explains most “why can’t I do X” moments:
Grace period banner and suspended account screen
1

Trialing → Grace period (7 days)

Once your trial ends without a plan (or a payment fails), you get a 7-day grace period. Your guest catalog and booking flow keep working normally — you can still manage requests. What’s blocked: adding or editing properties, services, providers, and organization settings. You’ll see a banner reminding you to pick a plan.
2

Grace period → Suspended

If 7 days pass with no plan, your account is suspended: the guest catalog goes offline (guests see “Concierge unavailable”), and you can’t manage requests either. Only the Billing tab and the Contact page stay reachable — everything else redirects you to pick a plan.
3

Reactivating

Choose a plan from Billing at any point and everything comes back immediately. Your properties, services, providers, and request history are kept safe for 6 months even while suspended — nothing is deleted just because you’re between plans.
Even while suspended, you can still read your existing data and continue messaging guests on conversations that were already open — being locked out of new bookings doesn’t mean losing access to what’s already there.

Card payments for guests (Stripe Connect)

The Payments page mentions connecting your own Stripe account to accept guest card payments — this isn’t available yet (see Cash payments). No setup is needed on your end until that feature launches.
