Every property (and every room, for Rooms & suites) gets a unique link and a matching QR code the moment it’s created. This is how guests reach your catalog — print it on a table tent, a room card, a welcome book, or just send the link.

Entire property

On the property card in Properties, you’ll find:
  • The guest catalog URL, with a Copy button
  • Open catalog — opens the live guest view in a new tab, so you can see exactly what guests see
  • Manage QR code — opens a modal with the QR code, a Download PNG button, and the raw link
QR code modal

Rooms & suites

Hotels and multi-room properties don’t have one catalog link — each room does. From the property card:
  • Manage catalogs — copy or open any room’s link, searchable by room number
  • Manage QR codes — download any room’s QR code individually, or Download all to grab every room’s QR code at once as separate PNG files
See Rooms & suites setup for the full room-management flow.

Printing

Download the PNG and print it however you like — table tent, room card, sticker, welcome folder. There’s no built-in print layout or bulk PDF, so plan your own print design around the downloaded PNGs.

Regenerating a code

If a QR code or link is lost, stolen, posted somewhere public, or you just suspect it’s been compromised, you can regenerate it from the same modal (Regenerate QR code / Regenerate).
Regenerating immediately kills the old code. Every printed QR code and every previously shared link for that property or room stops working the instant you regenerate — there’s no grace period. You’ll need to reprint and redistribute the new one everywhere the old one was used.
You’ll be asked to confirm before this happens — it can’t be undone once confirmed.
Regenerating a token works even if your subscription has lapsed (grace period or suspended) — this is deliberate, so you can always shut down a leaked link even if billing is the reason you’re locked out of other changes. See Subscription & plan.

Troubleshooting

On a Rooms & suites property, the property-level link isn’t bookable by design — guests must use their specific room’s QR code. Double-check they scanned the room code, not a general property code.
This means your subscription’s grace period has ended. See Subscription & plan — your data is safe, but the guest catalog goes offline until you pick a plan.
