There’s no “edit request” feature yet. You’ll see an Edit request button in the request’s detail pane, but it’s disabled (“Coming soon”) — it’s on the roadmap, not live. This page covers how to handle changes in the meantime.

If a guest needs to change date, time, guest count, or add-ons

There’s no in-app way to modify a live request’s details. Your options today:
1

Talk to the guest

Use the messaging thread or the contact info on the request to confirm what they need.
2

Cancel the original request

See Cancelling a request — pick the reason that fits (e.g. “Guest requested cancellation”).
3

Create the corrected booking

Either have the guest rebook through the catalog with the right details, or — if the request is already Completed/Cancelled — use Duplicate on it and adjust the date/time from there. See Request lifecycle → Duplicating.

If only internal details are wrong (nothing the guest needs to know about)

There’s no notes field for internal-only edits either, at this stage — anything you need to remember about a request has to live outside Mosaqo for now (a message to your team, a note in your own system).
This is a known gap, not a setting you’re missing — we didn’t hide an edit feature behind a permission or plan tier. If this is blocking you often, that’s useful feedback to pass along.
