There’s no “deactivate” or archive option for properties today — only edit and permanent delete. If you want to temporarily hide a property from guests without deleting it, remove its services instead (see Assign providers and properties) or simply stop distributing its QR code/link.

Editing a property

Open a property and click Edit to change:
  • Cover photo
  • Address (search again or re-pin coordinates)
  • Name
  • Rooms (Rooms & suites only) — add more using the same bulk input, or remove rooms with no request history
Property type cannot be changed after creation. If you set up a property as Entire property but meant Rooms & suites (or vice versa), you’ll need to delete it and create it again.

Deleting a property

Deleting a property is permanent — this removes the property, any rooms on it, and its request history.
1

Clear active requests first

If the property has any request that isn’t Completed or Cancelled, you can’t delete it yet. You’ll see a message pointing you to Booking requests to finish or cancel them first.
2

Confirm the delete

Once there are no active requests, you’ll see a confirmation dialog listing exactly what will be removed: any rooms, any services linked only to this property, and any past completed/cancelled request records for it.
3

Delete forever

This can’t be undone.
Delete property confirmation
The confirmation mentions “deleting these services” — but services themselves aren’t deleted, only unlinked from this property. If a service is also assigned to other properties, it stays intact and bookable there. Only the property-specific link and the property’s own request history are permanently removed.
