Open the request

From Booking requests, select it in the list — its details open in the right pane.
2

Click Assign

Opens the provider picker.
3

Pick one or more providers

Providers linked to both this request’s service and property appear under a “Linked to [service name]” heading and are selectable. Everyone else appears greyed out under “Other providers,” with a note that they need to be linked first (see Assigning providers). You can select more than one provider on the same request.
4

Confirm

The request moves to Assigned, and each selected provider gets a notification.
Assign a request to a provider
You can always assign a request to yourself, even without any property/service link — that exemption exists specifically so a PM can step in directly.

Assigning more than one provider

If you select multiple providers, the request only moves to Accepted once all of them accept — you’ll see “X of Y accepted” until then. This is useful when you want to offer a job to a few people and let whoever’s available take it, but keep in mind everyone you pick needs to respond before it’s fully confirmed as accepted.

Changing an assignment

Open Assign again to add or remove providers. A few rules to know:
  • Removing a provider unassigns them; adding one starts a fresh Pending acceptance for them.
  • If the request had already reached Accepted, changing the assignment resets it back to waiting on acceptance again.
  • You can’t change assignment while a request is In progress — resolve it via Report an issue / Needs attention instead, or wait for completion.
  • A provider who’s gone Inactive since being assigned stays on the request as-is (nothing forces them off) — but they won’t appear as a pickable option anymore. If you need to remove them, reassign the request to swap them out.

Nudging a non-responsive provider

If a provider’s acceptance is stuck at Pending, click Remind provider (visible on Assigned requests) to resend the notification. Limited to once per provider every 4 hours.
