Booking requests is where you’ll spend most of your time. Every guest booking lands here, and this page is where you assign, track, and resolve them.
Requests dashboard overview

The three panes

1

Left: Status

A vertical list of status filters — Needs attention, Unassigned, Assigned, Accepted, In progress, Completed, Cancelled, and View all. Each shows a count badge, plus small dots when there’s something new (see below).
2

Center: the request list

A table of requests for whichever status is selected — service, date/time, property, and (in relevant tabs) status or assignee. Click column headers to filter by Service, Property, Status, or Assignee. Sort newest/oldest or soonest/latest.
3

Right: Details

Everything about the selected request — guest info, pricing, assignment, activity feed, and the action buttons available for its current status.

The two kinds of “new” indicators

IndicatorWhat it meansClears when
Red badge on “Requests” in the sidebarNew requests created since you last opened this pageYou open Booking requests
Small dot next to a status in the left paneA request currently sitting in that status changed recentlyYou open that status tab
Teal dot next to a statusUnread guest/provider messages on a request in that statusYou open that status tab
If a dot won’t go away, the underlying request likely changed status again after you last viewed it — it’s not stuck, it’s telling you something moved.

Next: the full lifecycle

Read Request lifecycle to understand exactly how a request moves from Unassigned to Completed, and who (you, the provider, or the guest) triggers each step.
