# Account and organization settings

> What you can change about yourself and your organization, and what's locked.

Find these under **Settings** in the sidebar, or via the profile menu shortcuts (Account settings / Organization settings).

## Account tab

* **Profile picture** — shown to guests when you're assigned to a booking. JPG, PNG, or WebP, up to 15 MB.
* **Name and phone** — shown across the dashboard and used for contact.
* **Password** — the "Change password" button sends you through the standard forgot-password email flow rather than an in-page form. This option is hidden entirely if you signed up with Google.

## Organization tab

* **Organization name** — shown across your whole workspace. Up to 64 characters.
* **Language** — locked to English for now ("More languages coming soon").
* **Currency** — set once during onboarding. There's no self-service way to change it afterward — the field shows as locked with "Contact support to change this." If you picked the wrong currency, email [support@mosaqo.com](mailto:support@mosaqo.com).
* **Timezone** — editable any time. Used for service availability and booking times across your organization.

  These are organization-wide settings that apply to everyone on your team, not personal preferences — changing timezone or organization name affects every property manager, staff member, and vendor in your account.

## If you can't save a change

Organization settings changes are blocked if your subscription is in a **grace** or **suspended** state — see [Subscription & plan](/settings/subscription-and-plan). Your account info (name, phone, photo) can still be updated regardless.
